Pittsburgh Penguins New Arena Traffic Study

Trans Associates was retained by the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey club to conduct a traffic study to study the impact of the team's new $290 million arena on traffic and pedestrian conditions in the surrounding area.  The study will include data collection, traffic analysis, and an extensive public participation effort.
