Our firm is comprised of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors with registrations including the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Delaware, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Our firm also has several Professional Traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE), which is a professional certification presented by the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
